He doesn't seem quite as ..happy to be at Namco a peson should be at such a celebration... maybe its too much sugar eating?

When he isn't in his Marshmallow Dreams Cafe uniform, he is stuck into these two outfits.

The casual one being White Chocolate and Bubble Tea.  
The formal one being Sweet Red Tea and Dark Chocolate Truffles
